I’m an AI content strategist and technologist based in Greenville, SC, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping B2B SaaS and CPaaS companies, along with individual creators and small businesses, amplify their voices in an increasingly noisy internet.

These days, I focus on helping teams optimize their web and communications content and workflows for an AI-saturated world, using architectures that are flexible enough to survive whatever new discovery path happens to show up next.

When I’m not decoding search behavior or building content strategies, I’m usually camping in the woods with my excellent dog Beaver, wandering down a random rabbit hole, connecting with my community, or asking questions that start with “what if” and end with me opening seventeen tabs and forgetting why I sat down in the first place.

Personal Statement Regarding AI

There is significant discourse and polarized disagreement surrounding generative AI. As a writer and human I have concerns around AI governance, political biases, and environmental repercussions. As someone who is curious and investigative by nature I am driven to understand and learn to wield these new tools for all the potential benefits and discoveries they could support.
It's easy to play devil's advocate with a toolset that is both astonishing and destructive. It's not easy to navigate (or find) a path forward on the precarious line between technological advancement and real-world consequences.

I am a natural optimist and motivated by discovery and that is my first lens (for better or worse) when considering and utilizing AI. That said, faster is not the answer when it comes to content or visibility. AI slop is impossible to miss and strategic thinking is more important now than ever. These tools still have limits and within those limits are opportunities to move forward in a conscious human way.
